WHAT KINDS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via Bank Transfer or PayNow. You may complete your payment to via PayNow: 91175025

HOW LONG IS THE ORDER PROCESSING TIME?

Orders placed on our website will take at least 24 hours to process before they are ready for shipment. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. Payment via Bank Transfer or PayNow must be completed within 24 hours of purchase or we will consider this as cancelled order.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

There is a flat shipping fee of SGD 10 for all purchases done on our website. Self-collection is currently unavailable.

Due to current Circuit Breaker policy, we only accept delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We will consider refunds or exchange of items on a case-to-case basis. In the event that a return or exchange is agreed, shipping for the returned or exchanged item will be borne by the buyer. These are the common sizes: Small (150mm) – Suitable for office desk Medium (230mm) – Suitable for house Large(260mm) – suitable for house or balcony.  We have more sizes available to choose from! Drop us a message if you are looking for a particular size.

Why does my plant look different from the website?

Each plant is unique and images on our website are for illustration purposes only. The beauty of each plant varies and they are continuously changing.

What if my plant is infested with pests/insects?

We have products available to help you with problems with pests and insects. Depending on the type of insect or infestation, you can use certain sprays to address your issues. You may wish to browse our categories of pesticides or insecticides.

What if I'm new to gardening?

We have starter kits available for purchase on the website. Start your own garden with indoor plants, succulents or herbs and spices!

Why is my plants slowly withering slowly?
